House Of Destiny Church, Bournemouth

Above you can see the House Of Destiny website that was designed and developed for the church, located in Bournemouth. The site was designing in HTML and CSS, using Flash plug-ins for various page elements. These Flash elements had HTML substitutes in place for non-Flash devices such as iPhone and iPads.
As such, the site will never deliver a 'Download Flash Plug-in' message, which is always tiresome for any user. Instead, fully functional HTML elements are loaded in their place. A good choice for any client wishing to utilise the benefits of Flash whilst maintaining usability for non-Flash devices.
Also shown on this page are a series of page banner designs completed for the site. Banners are often important in establishing visual diversity and a sense of depth across a site. One consistent banner design used throughout is common practice, but can leave a website feeling quite small and one-dimensional. A variety of designs, as shown above, can create a rich visual experience for the user, increasing interest and extending visit times to websites.
