Part of the web services that I offer is design and authoring for e-marketing. I typically use a company called Vertical Response (www.verticalresponse.com) to execute e-newsletter delivery and I design for maximum compatibility and performance. Vertical Response is a great tool with many features, and through them I'm able to offer testing, management of subscriber lists, sign-up forms (which can be integrated into websites) and provide detailed email reporting and statistics.
